The Marketing Unblock- how to overcome your blocker

My most heard statement about marketing is by Founders who say ‘We don’t do any marketing’, or ‘I feel terrible about the lack of marketing we’re doing’ and I always reply with ‘That’s a very normal problem, I know mine could be better too so don’t sweat it’! 

And so, as well as writing Articles about how to do your own marketing, I’ve created a small ‘off the shelf’ product, as all good business advisors and lead gen people will tell you – and the aim is to deliver a huge amount of value quickly, to diagnose your problem and then ideate with you about how to over-come it. 

After all, a human will hold you to account much more than your AI assistant! 

So here’s what I’m offering:

A one-hour workshop split into two halves: one half we discuss the background story, Strategy and Goals, second half ‘KPIs’. I will then go through my notes and the call notes and will compile 5-10 bullet points of what you need to do next. Marketing shouldn’t take up lots of time, but it should help bring in Revenue by giving your clients reassurance, by speaking to your target clients and by giving your team content to talk and share about. Great marketing can also do your hiring for you.
