My most heard statement about marketing is by Founders and Leaders who say ‘We don’t do any marketing’, or ‘I feel terrible about the lack of marketing we’re doing’ and I always reply with ‘That’s a very normal problem, I know mine could be better too so don’t sweat it’, but that’s what this session is for. 

What it is 

A focused, one-hour workshop where we get to the bottom of what’s actually blocking you.

The first half, we talk through your business: where you are, where you want to get to, and what marketing you’ve tried (or avoided). The second half, we look at what success actually needs to look like — what you’d measure, and what “good” looks like for a business like yours.

After the call, I’ll pull together a short, practical list of 5–10 things you should do next. It’ll be written in plain English, in order of priority, with no waffle.

Not a 40-page strategy deck,  just a clear answer to the question: “So what should we actually be doing?”
